At G&O Maritime Group, we know that every order counts. That is why we have established a new Customer Delivery department — to provide maritime delivery and shipping services that ensures a smoother, faster and more transparent process for shipyards, shipowners and operators working across our brands.

From the moment a contract is signed, our team takes over. In addition, we coordinating with operations and providing proactive updates so you always know exactly where your order stands.

A Simplified Process

The new department handles order management across Atlas Incinerators, Pres-Vac, G&O Compensators, G&O Bioreactors and HJ Lubricators. Instead of managing multiple contacts in different brands, customers now have one dedicated point of contact who coordinates everything internally.

Moreover, our ambition is to stay ahead of customer questions. With timely updates and proactive information flow, shipyards and operators can plan better, reduce off-hire risk, and feel confident that deliveries are on track.
